Passionated by cosmetics and beauty, Julien Revol has developed a 20-year experience, both in leading worldwide companies and innovative SMEs. After his MsC from ESCP Europe, he joined L’Oréal in 1999 and started working on vitamin C and skin aging. In 2015, he worked for a Swiss anti-aging company and met Dr Marchal during a medical congress. He was really impressed by his deep knowledge in anti-aging. When Dr MARCHAL sold his company, they decided to co-create ALPHASCIENCE to bring to life all his new ideas.

Alfred Marchal, Doctor of Organic Chemistry is an internationally renowned expert in anti-aging medicine and antioxidants. Author of 7 patents, he has dedicated his life to the search for natural active ingredients capable of stopping skin aging and is a world pioneer in the stabilization of vitamin C in its free and active form. He then continued his research, notably by creating Vitamin K1 oxide and by integrating Glutamine into cosmetic formulations. His new discovery within Alphascience is Tannic Acid, a unique active principle with remarkable anti-oxidant and anti-aging properties.

Joanna built and managed a complex organization selling third party cosmetic products and successfully introduced several medical cosmetic brands (Mesoestetic, Sesderma, Filorga, Uriage) in Europe and provided them with professional and relevant logistic and distribution solutions. As a country manager for a renowned French group, she managed the growth of their business. She has worked as an independent consultant on selected projects for companies seeking innovative product portfolios in aesthetic medicine and new distribution markets.

She joined ALPHASCIENCE in 2021, to bring her unique expertise and create the future of cosmeceuticals.
