Phytic Acid serves as the formula's primary antioxidant neutralizing pro-oxidant metal ions generated by pollution and UV exposure while promoting a more even skin tone and refining surface texture. Niacinamide adds an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant layer, inhibiting melanin transfer and supporting the barrier throughout the cellular renewal process. Together they ensure that the exfoliation delivered by the AHA and Salicylic Acid complex is balanced with active protection and recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions
ALPHA NIGHT PEEL SERUM
We recommend building up gradually, particularly if you are new to acid-based serums. Start 2–3 nights per week for the first 2–3 weeks, then increase to every other night, and eventually nightly if your skin tolerates it well. This avoids over-exfoliation and allows your barrier to adapt. Sensitive skin types should remain at 2–3 times per week.
Use them on alternate evenings rather than the same night. Combining a 10% AHA formula with a retinoid in the same routine significantly increases the risk of irritation, dryness and barrier disruption. For example: Alpha Night Peel on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; retinoid on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you notice persistent irritation, reduce the frequency of one or both products.
Allow 5–10 minutes for the serum to absorb before applying moisturizer. This gives the AHA complex time to work at the correct pH before being neutralised by a higher-pH moisturizer. Applying moisturizer too quickly may reduce the exfoliating efficacy.
Stop Alpha Night Peel 5–7 days before any in-clinic chemical peel or resurfacing procedure. Using exfoliating actives too close to a clinic peel increases the risk of over-exfoliation, hypersensitivity, and PIH. Resume at the earliest 2 weeks post-procedure, once the skin has fully recovered.
Yes, the usage instructions include the neck and décolleté. These areas can benefit significantly from regular exfoliation, particularly for sun damage correction and texture improvement. Apply sparingly and build up gradually, as the neck skin tends to be thinner and more reactive than the face.
